Mike has successfully created and re-imagined a number of high-profile projects--from a national roll out of a pop-up cooking school for Whole Foods Market, to Feast Portland, a region-defining food festival in the Pacific Northwest. Mike's diverse and extensive network that includes culinary influencers, chefs, artisans, tourism boards, media organizations, investors, brand representatives and Fortune 500 companies allows him to achieve big results. Mike annually spearheads millions in sponsorship transactions, licensing deals and strategic partnerships that multiply impact and maximize return. When he’s not on a plane or launching a new project, he appears on the popular Cooking Channel show Unique Eats. He has been quoted or featured in Forbes, Money Magazine, Portland Business Journal, Portland Monthly Magazine, Austin American-Statesman, The Oregonian, Eater and more. Mike has previously served as a judge for the Chef and Restaurant Awards for the James Beard Foundation and on the board of directors of the Culinary Trust, the philanthropic arm of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
